Mi’eessa, a 48 years old, father to seven children, farms eight hectares that range in elevation from an incredibly altitude of 2000m to a jaw dropping one of 2350m. He inherited his farm from his parents and has been a coffee farmer his entire life.
One of the farmers that bring their coffee cherries at Sookoo station, he consistently delivers good quality coffee cherries. At the drying station, through the natural, sun-dried method, under careful and permanent control, all the natural sugars intensify to showcase the special character of the Guji land.
