This Blend is created exclusively by Cata Export. Their team is in charge of manually selecting each coffee cherries from the best batches of Caturra and Pacamara varieties, in order to obtain a unique blend.
At Cata Export, they carry out their own husking design – this is really very important and exclusive, since the coffee producers in Colombia do not usually do it and much is unknown about this topic. They have special equipments for pixel selection, density selection, screen selection and manual selection, which reduces the waste of high-quality coffee and also guarantees to offer a unique product to their customers in Europe.
In this way, with the help of friendly producers, all of whom come from Salado Blanco in Huila, a very characteristic Blend is obtained. Each of them has different varietals and different steps of processing. This allows Salado Blanco, being an area rich in diversity, to provide all the determining factors to create an excellent quality coffee.
